Anne Urban, President and CEO.

Before founding DPC, Ms. Urban worked 22 years in the hotel industry serving in a variety of management positions including: Regional Director of Operations, General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, Director of Sales, Corporate Sales Trainer. Ms. Urban worked 5 years as Director of Convention Sales & Marketing for the Jacksonville and the Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau. Ms. Urban was responsible for the management of the sales personnel and the services department for the CVB. The services department serviced over 900 groups per year in the North Florida region. Ms. Urban has had a strong presence in the following territories: Washington, DC (18 years), Jacksonville (14 years), Atlanta (9 years) and Tallahassee (7 years). Ms. Urban is the 2005-2006 Chapter President of the North Florida Chapter of Meeting Professional International. She has served in many leadership roles in the Jacksonville community to include: Chairman of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Beaches Division, President of North Florida Chapter of HSMAI, Board Member of Executive Women International, President of SKAL International Jacksonville Chapter.

Dawn Crosby, Vice President of Sales.

Prior to joining DPC, Ms. Crosby has worked in the hotel industry for over 12 years. Most recently, she was the Director of National Accounts at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa. She has also held such positions as Director of Sales, Catering Manager and Assistant Manager. Her expertise is in the State & National Association markets. Her current responsibilities include: business development, event planning and direct hotel relations. Ms. Crosby is a member of HSMAI and she is a Certified Association Sales Executive (CASE).

Jennifer Bates, Director of Business Development.

Prior to joining DPC, Ms. Bates worked 5 years for the Sawgrass Marriott with extensive experience in reservation systems, guest services, information technology, and convention sales. Her current responsibilities include: business development, marketing, event planning and project management. Ms. Bates is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and has extensive background in wedding consulting/planning. Ms. Bates is an active member of Executive Women International, HSMAI, and ABC.

Jennifer Barbella, Logistics Coordinator.

A graduate of Cornell University Ms. Barbella joined the Sawgrass Marriott team in the sales department as sales coordinator. She has strong experience in detailing groups, follow-up, customer relations and service.

Michelle Reyna, Director of Tours and Creative Services.

As a native of St. Johns County, she has a familiarity and passion for this area that is unsurpassed. A graduate of St. Augustine High School, Michelle was studying Art in Louisiana when she began her now 30 year long love of storytelling. Having toured the country for 20 years entertaining in schools and libraries, Mrs. Reyna chose to return home to St. Augustine in 1994 and put her skills to use in tourism.

Usually in period clothing, but always with a history lesson to tell or a song to sing, she has appeared numerous times on local, national and international television including NBC, ABC, BBC, Travel, Discovery, and The History Channel. Several newspaper and magazine articles have been written about her and the cast of historic characters she portrays in her own award winning way.

Michelle brings her talents to DPC in creating a series of one of a kind tours and custom tours for our clients.

Jessica Carroll - Finance Manager.

Jessica is a full time student at the University of North Florida and works part time as DPC’s book keeper. She worked 3 years at the Jacksonville & the Beaches CVB as a sales assistant. She has extensive knowledge of the industry, region, vendors and industry peers because of her position with the CVB.
